MATTHEW ROBERT GOAD X

Known as “Master of the Sharpie Pen”, Matthew Robert Goad X works on masks and found objects, as well as 2-dimensional pieces. Goad X’s creates his intricate design motifs using various colors of Sharpie pens while he listens to Goth-industrial synthpop [sic] over a span of many late nights. “The purpose of my artwork is to familiarize people with the Seattle underground scene. Right now it’s one of the liveliest, and quixotically enough, most cabalistic in the U.S.”

Matthew Robert Goad'X is a multimedia artist, living with schizophrenia. He is working on completing a novel based on the emergence of new human species within the inner cities worldwide, as related to mutation, and the emergence of the X gene.
